Rhee Design, a multidisciplinary design studio specializing in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands, is looking for a freelance Webflow Developer. If you have strong technical knowledge in Webflow, and can troubleshoot live sites with precision, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

– Polish website built in Webflow, including custom animations and parallax effects.
– Ensured seamless integration of google analytics, and alternate reporting tools.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
– Performance: hit 90+ Lighthouse on desktop & mobile, improve Core Web Vitals (LCP/FID/CLS).
– Polish hover states, micro-interactions, nav clarity.
– Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 AA passes for key templates (header, project, article).
– SEO basics: metadata, headings hierarchy, alt text, Open Graph/Twitter cards, sitemap/robots.
– Visual fidelity: motion that supports luxury feel (subtle scroll-based reveals, no gimmicks).
– CMS hygiene: clean collections, reusable components, sane class naming (BEM/Client-First). Polish existing template so it is more consistent all across and is more update friendly for designers.
– Analytics: GA4 + privacy-friendly events, outbound link tracking, simple dashboards.
– Hosting/stack review: caching, image formats (AVIF/WebP), responsive sourcesets.
– (Optional) New sections: case-study template, press page, contact form improvements.
– ADA compliance, and performance best practices, is a plus.
– Experience with platforms like Shopify or Squarespace is a plus.

Deliverables:

Before/after Lighthouse + Web Vitals report.
Accessibility checklist with fixes.
One-page handoff guide (how to update pages/assets without regressions).
