Junior Graphic Designer

We’re Hiring! Junior Graphic Designer based in Lima, Peru.

Rhee Design, a multidisciplinary design firm specializing in fashion and beauty retail, is looking for a full-time Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a strong eye for design, are highly organized and detail-oriented, and excel in both digital and print media, we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong typography skills and an ability to craft compelling visual narratives
• Experience designing across both print and digital channels
• Ability to interpret and implement brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
• A strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Excellent English proficiency (written & spoken) – communication is key in our fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into effective design strategies
