3D Motion Designer

We’re Hiring: 3D Motion Designer based in Lima, Peru

Rhee Design, a multidisciplinary design firm specializing in fashion and beauty retail, is looking for a full-time 3D Motion Designer to join our team. If you have strong technical and aesthetic skills in 3D visualization, an eye for spatial composition, and a passion for crafting refined, emotionally resonant visuals — we’d love to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in Cinema 4D and Redshift
⁠Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and rendering for product visualization
⁠Experience creating motion pieces and spatial design concepts for retail, experiential, or brand environments
⁠Ability to balance creative direction with technical precision
⁠Excellent sense of composition, form, and color
⁠Houdini skills are a strong plus — especially for procedural motion or dynamic simulations
⁠Experience with Blender, SketchUp, or Rhino is a plus
⁠Strong organization and attention to detail, managing multiple projects with efficiency
⁠Excellent English proficiency (written & spoken) – communication and clarity are key in our collaborative environment
⁠A solid grasp of brand and storytelling principles, translating abstract ideas into tangible visual experiences
