  Support the Institutional Development Coordinator through the management of social network accounts for Minga Peru, searching/writing new content through social networks and graphic design, as well as updating content on our website and e
  -mail newsletter. This position is a direct report to the Institutional Development Coordinator.

  Qualifications:

  • Minimum work experience of 2 years.

  • Excellent management of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

  • Excellent writing abilities in Spanish and English.

  • Advanced English (written and spoken) or native speaker (indispensable).

  • Working knowledge of digital platforms: WordPress, SquareSpace, Mailchimp, Canva.

  • A strong passion for writing and storytelling. 

  • Strong communication and leadership skills. High capacity for analysis, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

  • Experience working for non
  -profit organizations and/or international foundations (preferred).

  Due to the pandemic, this position will begin remotely. After then, it will change to an in
  -person role at Minga’s office in Lima. We request our applicants to have a stable internet connection for the time being.
